Hello! Today I’m profiling this lady who does some colourful work with metal. Vidushi Gupta, the founder of Elan makes some lovely bric-a-bracs for the home and garden.
Vidushi’s penchant for design convinced her to pursue a degree in the Parsons School of Design, New York, before returning to India to start her venture. Hailing from a family business that ran metal factories, provided her the ideal stepping-stone, to start Elan.
She chooses to work with galvanized steel metal, as it allows her to create products that are affordable. More so, metal gives her the flexibility to work with bright hues. You will know when you check out her cheerful collection of napkin rings, birdhouses, boxes, lanterns, trays, and garden accessories.
We did some browsing through her e-store and picked our top favorites. She has a fairly good collection, and we would love to see Vidushi expand her scope. What are your favourites from her store?
1. Elan Chryasalis Napkin Rings 2. Elan Astral Votive 3. Elan Scallop Cake Stand
Vidushi has been kind enough to feature a giveaway for our readers. Please email us at [email protected], on what new products you would like to see in her store. One lucky winner will win a voucher for Rs 2000 from the store.
